1. General provisions

This Privacy Policy (the "Policy") describes what information about visitors GrinKEP LLC receives through the websites vsekolonki.com and vsekolonki.net (the "Site"), the purposes for which that information is processed and how it is protected.

By using the Site and submitting a request through the order form, a visitor confirms their agreement with this Policy. If you do not agree with its terms, please do not submit your data through the forms on the Site — you are welcome to contact us by phone or e-mail instead.

2. What data we process

We follow the principle of data minimisation and ask only for the data required to handle your request.

Data you provide yourself — when placing an order on the Site:

• name (exactly as you enter it);
• telephone number;
• comment on the order — optional;
• contents and total value of the order.

Data transmitted by your browser — automatically, whenever the Site is accessed: IP address, browser type and version, date and time of the request and the address of the requested page. This information is recorded in the server logs and is used solely to keep the Site working and secure.

We do not request or process special categories of personal data (health, ethnic origin, political views and the like), biometric personal data, or data relating to minors. The Site is not intended for persons under 18 years of age.

We do not verify the accuracy of the information you provide and assume that you are supplying your own data and are entitled to disclose it. If you provide another person's contact details, you must obtain their consent beforehand.

3. Why we process data

• to contact you in order to clarify and confirm your request;
• to prepare a commercial offer, an invoice and the accompanying documents;
• to agree the equipment configuration, delivery terms and payment terms;
• to perform the supply contract and the obligations imposed by Russian law;
• to respond to enquiries and requests received through the Site.

We do not use your data for marketing mailings, do not pass it to advertising networks and do not sell it to third parties.

4. Legal grounds for processing

Processing is carried out on the basis of:

• the consent of the data subject, which you give when submitting the order form;
• the need to perform a contract to which the data subject is a party, or to take steps towards concluding such a contract at the subject's initiative;
• the requirements of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 "On Personal Data" and other Russian regulations.

5. Who we share data with

We do not disclose your data to third parties, except in the cases expressly described below or provided for by law.

Passing the request within the company. A request submitted through the form on the Site reaches our sales staff via the Telegram messenger. This means that the contents of the request — including your name, telephone number and comment — pass through the infrastructure of Telegram Messenger. Please bear this in mind and do not include information in the comment field that is not intended to be sent through a messenger.

Partners involved in performing the contract. When arranging delivery, the data required for shipment may be passed to transport companies, limited to the minimum necessary to provide the service.

Government authorities. Data may be provided in response to a reasoned request from authorised bodies in the manner prescribed by Russian law.

6. Cookies and third-party services

The Site uses cookies and similar local storage technologies for technical purposes — to preserve the contents of the cart and interface settings between visits — and to collect anonymised visit statistics.

Yandex.Metrica. A Yandex.Metrica web analytics counter (operated by Yandex LLC) is installed on the Site. The counter collects anonymised information about the visit: IP address, browser and device data, the addresses of pages viewed, the referral source, the time and duration of the visit, and actions on the pages — link clicks, clicks and scrolling. The "Webvisor" feature is enabled on the counter; it records the visitor's actions on the page for subsequent anonymised replay. Please do not enter information into form fields that is not intended to be shared with third parties.

Data collected by the counter is processed on the servers of Yandex LLC under that company's terms of service and privacy policy. We use these statistics only to assess traffic and the usability of the Site; no advertising networks or targeting systems are installed on the Site, we do not build visitor profiles for advertising purposes and we do not pass counter data to third parties.

You can opt out of statistics collection by disabling cookies in your browser settings, by installing the dedicated Yandex.Metrica opt-out add-on, or by enabling the do-not-track option in your browser.

Pages containing a map load the Yandex.Maps service from the servers of Yandex LLC, which may set its own cookies. Processing of data by that service is governed by the privacy policy of its rights holder.

You can block cookies in your browser settings or delete those already stored. Note that certain features of the Site — the cart in particular — may then not work correctly.

7. How long we keep data

Data is processed no longer than the purposes of processing require. Requests that did not lead to a contract are kept for no more than one year from the date of last contact. Data relating to performed contracts is kept for the periods established by Russian accounting and archiving legislation.

If consent is withdrawn, processing ceases and the data is destroyed within no more than 30 days, unless we have other lawful grounds for retaining it.

8. How we protect data

We take the legal, organisational and technical measures required to protect personal data against unlawful access, destruction, alteration and other unlawful acts: we limit the number of employees with access to the data, use a secure connection when transferring data from the Site, and keep server software up to date.

9. Your rights

You have the right to:

• find out whether your personal data is being processed and to review it;
• require that data be corrected, blocked or destroyed if it is incomplete, out of date or was obtained unlawfully;
• withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data at any time;
• appeal against the operator's actions to Roskomnadzor or through the courts.

10. Changes to the Policy

We may amend this Policy. The current version is always available at vsekolonki.com/en/privacy. The date of the latest revision is shown at the top of the document. Material changes take effect from the moment the new version is published on the Site.
