GrinKEP LLC has been working in the industrial equipment market since 2012, handling manufacturing and complex engineering tasks. Our motto is "There are no impossible tasks". Customers come to us when a job is complex or varied, when building a product calls for expertise across several fields — metallurgy, machining, structural engineering, design and the preparation of technical documentation. Our team consists of highly qualified young specialists with experience across different industries, which lets us take on a wide range of tasks. We work both from customer drawings and to individual technical specifications, and we have delivered a number of import-substitution projects. In 2016 the company joined the South Ural Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

The company’s main line of business is the manufacture of non-standard equipment and products, including the production of valve control columns with manual and electric drives.

What is a valve control column?

A valve control column is a device for remotely operating shut-off equipment — a gate valve, butterfly valve or ball valve — when the valve itself sits at some burial depth (underground or in a chamber, usually down to 7 metres) and has to be operated from the surface.

GrinKEP LLC is the only company in Russia that manufactures sealed one-piece cast-iron valve control columns for the Russian chemical, oil and gas and energy industries as a replacement for imported equivalents (patent no. 156816 dated 08.04.2015).

We also manufacture valve control columns to series 3.901-13.

Series 3.901-13 was developed more than thirty years ago by the Moscow institute Soyuzvodokanalproekt by top Soviet-era engineers, at a time when reliability and ease of operation came first, with a two- to threefold safety margin.
